Cap is convex at a young stage, after flat up to 8 cm wide, slimy, first whitish or chamois yellow. on the side …… (illegible) free, gills are attached close, pale white or cinnamon brown, sweating droplets. Stem: solid, then hollow, whitish. If the fungus is cut lengthwise from cap to stem a piece of the cap will be visible, hanging down in the hollow part of the stem. The smell is disgusting. Grows in woods everywhere.
