How do I reset my password?
If you're not logged in to the website and can't remember your password, click the Forgot your password? link under the Login item in the main website menu:
On the following screen, please enter the email address associated with your membership, solve the captcha and click the submit button. You'll receive an email within a few moments containing a verification code and a link. Click the link in the email. On the following screen, enter the verification code, re-enter your email address and click the Submit button. you will be prompted to enter a new password.
To change your password when you are logged in to the website, click the Change your password link in the left sidebar on most pages:
Why can't I log in to the website?
Have you forgotten your password? Please try to reset it at https://www.myctor.org/forgotPassword.
Are you using the right email address? It's only possible to log in using the primary email address attached to your membership account.
Is your membership expired? Website logins are disabled at the end of a 3-month grace period following your expiry date.

How do I change my email address or other account details?
You can change your personal details at any time when you're logged in to the website, by clicking the Change your MST Account Details link under the Logout item in the main website menu:
