After completing the membership registration and payment at https://www.myctor.org/join you'll be able to log in to the website and use all the members-only features immediately. You'll also receive a welcome email with more information about the MST. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder. You can also reach the registration page by following the Join the MST link under Membership in the main website menu.

MST membership periods are from the date of joining (or renewal), not by calendar year. For example, a member who joins on October 22nd, 2018 with a 1-year membership will renew their membership again on October 22nd, 2019.

Renewals of existing memberships work the same way, as long as your membership dues are up to date. If your membership is expired by less than three months your renewal will extend your original expiry date. If your membership is expired by more than three months, your renewal will cover 1 year from the day you renew.

For example, if your renewal date is July 1st 2019 and you renewed your membership for 1 year in June 2019, your new expiry date would be July 1st 2020. If you renewed in August your new expiry date would still be July 1st 2020. If you renewed on October 15th your membership would been expired for more than three months and your new expiry date would be October 15th 2020.

We'll send you a notification email the month before your membership is due to expire, and a second email on the day your membership expires, so that you can renew in time. You can also see your expiry date and other membership details at https://www.myctor.org/view-your-account or in the left sidebar on most website pages.

Website logins are disabled at the end of a 3-month grace period following your expiry date. If your membership has been expired for more than three months and your login has been disabled, it's still possible to renew - just follow the Join the MST link under Membership in the main website menu and select Renewal as the membership type. Make sure to use the email address attached to your membership or our system won't be able to find your membership to renew. Unless you changed it after joining, this will be the email address you originally registered with.

You can renew your membership by signing in to the website and visiting https://www.myctor.org/renew or by following the Renew your Membership link under Membership in the main website menu. Our membership system will pre-fill the renewal form with your membership data automatically.

If you can't remember your password or can't sign in to the website, it's still possible to renew - just follow the Join the MST link under Membership in the main website menu and select Renewal as the membership type. If you renew without signing in, you'll have to re-enter all your membership details. Make sure to use the email address attached to your membership or our system won't be able to find your membership to renew. Unless you changed it after joining, this will be the email address you originally registered with.

You can change your personal details at any time when you're logged in to the website, by clicking the Change your MST Account Details link under the Logout item in the main website menu:
